It is important to get a deeper understanding of the local context to design an effective solution. Because of this, the first stage of this project consisted of visiting multiple rural villages, talking to diverse villagers, and interviewing experts. We are using this information to identify the most effective ways to address human–wildlife conflict.
Right now, we are iterating solutions that solve parts of the human-wildlife conflict. By taking these ideas and evaluating them in the field with the locals, we can make sure the proposed solution will last and have an actual impact. We are documenting this entire process, making it possible for others to build upon this research.
